Haley Starts To Doubt Nathan & More

One Tree Hill will be airing episode 3 of season 7 next week. It will be entitled,”Hold My Hand As I am Lowered.” We have a few spoilers and a promo clip for the show after the jump. In “Hold My Hand As I am Lowered,” Clay and Nathan will continue to argue over how to handle his sex scandal, which is getting worse with each passing day.

Also, Haley will start to wonder if the sex scandal accusations made by Renee (Kate French) are true. Quinn and Brooke will begin working together as they organize a photo shoot. Mouth and Skills will continue their weird little battle.

Brooke’s new model, Alex (Jana Kramer) will be offering Julian an interesting proposition. We’re not sure what it is yet,but we’re told it’s going to be damn interesting.

Finally Dan will get called out, on his TV show for killing Keith Scott years ago. Rachel who is now his supposedly new wife, looks like she is up to no good when she agrees with the murderer accusation, with a sly smirk on her face in the background.

“One Tree Hill” episode 3 of season 7 airs Monday September 28 at 7pm central time on the CW.

Haley and Nathan Are In Trouble

The CW has released yet another promo (below) for the upcoming 7th season of “One Tree Hill.” This one in particular, focuses on Haley Scott (Bethany Joy Galeotti) and Nathan Scott’s (James Lafferty) relationship, and I must say from the looks of it, their
relationship is lookin a little bumpy as it is titled, “Temptation is Never Far From The Hill.”

In this promo, Nathan walks up to his agent, and he shows him a picture of a beautiful girl photographed with Nathan on a cellphone. He asks Nathan, “Does this girl look familiar to you ? She said she slept with you on the boat,Nate.”

Then it shows a very distraught Haley as it looks as though she has been made aware of the hurtful news. It concludes with Nathan in the gym, slamming a basketball into the floor out of what appears to be, frustration. What do you guys think ? Is it possible that Nathan has cheated on Haley in the new season ?

Make sure to tune in for the season 7 premiere of “One Tree Hill” Monday September 14,2009 at 7pm central time on the CW.

'One Tree Hill' has TV's most socially engaged viewers

If you ever watch "One Tree Hill" and feel as though you've been sucked into the television set, you're apparently not alone.

Canadian company LiveHive Systems launched what it calls a Social Engagement Index on Aug. 18. The index is designed to measure how much viewers are socially engaging with a program while they watch.

The Wilmington-made teen drama series made the top spot on the new scale.
The top five shows on the Social Engagement Index, or SEI, for 2009:
1. "One Tree Hill" (SEI Rating: 24.3)
2. "90210" (SEI Rating: 14.1)
3. "Jon and Kate Plus 8" (SEI Rating: 8.2)
4. "Desperate Housewives" (SEI Rating: 7.0)
5. "So You Think You Can Dance" (SEI Rating: 6.0)
According to www.LiveHiveSystems.com, rankings are determined through a formula which accounts for in-show social activity online and is compared
against the total viewing audience.

"One Tree Hill's" No. 1 spot on the index can be attributed to "the combination of a story format that is well suited to active social discussion and interactivity, and a demographic that gravitates to multiplatform media consumption," according to the Web site.

It's On Again for Sophia Bush and Austin Nichols

Brooke Davis and Julian Baker are not the only ones hooking up for One Tree Hill season 7. Their real-life counterparts, Sophia Bush, 27, and Austin Nichols, 29, have rekindled their off-screen romance recently, and have taken their affair to the East Coast.

The One Tree Hill couple, who started dating in 2006 and split earlier this year, were spotted last week sharing a cold dessert together at Soho's Pop Yogurt. They also dined at Georgica Restaurant and Lounge in East Hampton on Friday. And while neither party has confirmed the sweet reunion, an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com that they were very much a couple.

"Sophia and Austin were with their three friends but they may as well have been on their own. They were very affectionate with each other. They were cuddled close together all night, sneaking kisses and acting very loving. There was lots of hand holding and Austin spent much of the night rubbing Sophia's thigh. There's no doubting they are together romantically, they look crazy in love and they make a really cute couple! They must really like the restaurant because they came back the next night, just the two of them," the eyewitness said.

Seeing Bush and Nichols hooking up isn't really that surprising. Bush seems to have that charming personality that easily attracts the people she works with, beginning with Chad Michael Murray ---her One Tree Hill co-star whom she married in 2005 and divorced a year later, co-star James Lafferty --- a relationship she denied though Murray confirmed the romance, and now with Austin Nichols.

Meanwhile, their on-screen counterparts' fiery relationship seems to be going strong when One Tree Hill kicks off its seventh season on September 14.

Guilty Actor Still on 'One Tree Hill' Season 7

It looks like Skills will be sticking around One Tree Hill for its seventh season, at least for the first couple of episodes on The CW drama, according to The Associated Press. And that's in spite of the fact that his portrayer, Antwon Tanner, recently pleaded guilty in New York City to a Social Security number scam. On the other hand, network spokesman Paul McGuire says it's unclear what will happen later in the show's seventh season.

As reported previously, writing off Skills on One Tree Hill is a huge possibility given that Tanner might face up to a year behind bars at his November 20 sentencing. His lawyer, meanwhile, hasn't released an official statement regarding Tanner's fate on One Tree Hill, or how he got involved in the scheme.

'One Tree Hill' and NC town compromise over bridge

The North Carolina-based TV drama "One Tree Hill" and the town where it films have reached a compromise on closing a bridge during rush hour to shoot a scene of someone jumping off the bridge.

The Star-News of Wilmington reports that "One Tree Hill," Wrightsville Beach and the Transportation Department reached agreement Tuesday to close two lanes for filming rather than the whole bridge, as originally requested.

The scene will be shot between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. on a Monday morning. Town officials didn't want to close the entire bridge because of safety concerns and traffic disruptions.

The Transportation Department said it would waive the state law that prohibits anyone from jumping off a bridge.

One Tree Hill: Looking For the Next Narrator

An interesting question was posted on E! Online last night. Now that Chad Michael Murray's left One Tree Hill, who will be the one responsible for giving those thought-provoking voiceovers that bookend each episode?

Right, because in the times I've watched a One Tree Hill episode, whether on the telly or off other means, it's always been Lucas who'll say all those stuff and make my heart bleed. (I'm a sappy guy in a way, and those words still strike deep, if you know what I mean.) Sure, others have taken over narrating duties in some episodes, and some have shared the honor in one episode, but for the most part it's still Lucas, Lucas, and lots of Lucas.

The mostly likely scenario, the folks at E! said, is that the remaining regular characters will take turns doing voiceovers for the upcoming season of OTH. But that in itself is speculation: they also admit that nothing's been sketched up yet. So, here goes my hyperactive mind, taking a chance on thinking about just that. Who should be the next narrator?

Of course, my mind goes towards Nathan. It's a natural. Besides, Nathan and Lucas and half-brothers, and the way the last season wrapped up, you can tell that the show will inevitably focus on him. A stint with the Charlotte Bobcats is a treasure trove of thoughts, even if that might gravitate towards locker room clichés or something.

Maybe Haley? By association, that could happen. If I'm to push the point, I should mention Jamie, too. I wonder what he'll say on the narration.

Brooke? Maybe not so much, unless that new model character comes in and makes life complicated.

Maybe one of the new characters? I imagine Haley's older sister would have some hand in this. And, since I mentioned Nathan's Bobcats stint, maybe his agent Clayton would work nicely, too. But yeah, I'm just dropping more and more names to sound sensible--when all I'm saying is, I think it'll be Nathan. But, shrug, I'll get this wrong. Who knows, maybe they'll let go of the idea altogether.

One Tree Hill Podcast: 'The Desperate Kingdom of Love'

We're back! Finally! We've got our season 2 DVDs for One Tree Hill, we've got Jackie's brand-spanking new apartment to record in, and we've got enough, erm "essential supplies" to get us through a whole spate of episodes -- so let's get to it!

For all the drama from last season, this first ep of Season 2 feels a bit disjointed to us. Oh, there's plenty of drama -- Dan's on his deathbed (the first time of many, we know...) Whitey has a brain tumor, Lucas and Keith have fled Tree Hill, Nathan and Haley got hitched, and Peyton and Brooke have made up... but this ep almost felt like it was marking time.

That's not to say we didn't find plenty to talk about -- there's Huey Lewis! Eeeee! And Deb completely loses it at Naley, which makes us mad. Plus, Keith makes lists, Brooke and Peyton burn Lucas' letter, Whitey dispenses wisdom (or dirty talk, as far as I'm concerned) and Naley is adorable. Listen in to see what we had to say! (Um, sorry about the echo -- we were podcasting in Jackie's gorgeous new place, which has high ceilings and next to no furniture, so our voices bounced. After enough booze, so did we!)
